We will -
  • Provide a dedicated and qualified general manager

  • Manage relationships as the key point of contact between stakeholders, sub-contractors, advisers and shareholders

  • Performance monitor all sub-contractors and perform regular audits

  • Provide reports, including monthly management reports as defined by the Project documents

  • Attend and report at all meetings required by the Project documents

  • Monitor and manage standardised procedures and controls 

  • Undertake regular system reviews in accordance with the Project documents

  • Provide professionally qualified health and safety advice

  • Manage compliance under health and safety and environmental legislation

  • Assist with the establishment, implementation, monitoring and reporting of sustainability strategy

  • Seek to ensure compliance and competitiveness of insurance premia at all times

  • Perform as the public relations link in the local community if required
